What to consider before laser engraving

Here are the factors to consider when producing laser-printed parts ideally. They include;

• To use a proper setting, the setting should be adjusted according to the material you are engraving and the effect you need for the finished product. 


• Know the difference between lasers, then choose the suitable laser metal engraver since they produce different weaknesses and strengths. If you need precision and high accuracy, research the best one to offer you exactly that. 


• Once you are done producing parts, clean the metal engraver parts properly to avoid contamination on another engraving. You can use solvent or other cleaning solutions to remove the dirt or smaller parts of the previous work and oil. 


• Before you print the actual part, you can do a laser test on a scrap piece to ensure that the settings are proper and the result will be as you want it to be.
