I'm inclined to believe that it's because of Trubisky not being as efficient as it has been proven that it's easy to miss throws. Even as good as the Bears defense is, in 2018 your quarterback and offensive should be playing at a high standard to make it to the playoffs.

But I do think it's time to buy into the Bears as they are an entire year away from Super Bowl contention. The Lions aren't exactly alive currently but Chicago played on the road to a division rival using the backup quarterback in an unseasonably short time frame and came out on top. That's huge. Washington couldn't have done it.

Yesterday Chase Daniel showed why he routinely gets paid big sums of money to play backup. He was 27-37 for 220 yards and two touchdowns. This game showed that Matt Nagy is a legit coach. In fact, he was prior to the game however, the Bears offense were able to be efficient under those circumstances. They didn't have much of an offensive game, but they maintained their open players throughout the game.

Nagy has made some subtle adjustments to the game that I believe were crucial and frequently overlooked. In the first half they tried more deep passes however Chase was just a little off. This isn't surprising since the fact that he's never worked with these buy madden 24 coins wide receivers fully. In the second half, they did not happen. More efficient throws and quicker completions.
